  • Anyone whose payment has stopped

How to check through official services

  1. Open samarth.wb.gov.inGo to the track applicant option.
  2. Select your schemeThe record is stored under one scheme.
  3. SearchWith Beneficiary ID, registered mobile or Aadhaar, plus captcha.
  4. Review the recordName, status and bank details on record.

Required details

Only one identifier is needed. Keep your Beneficiary ID written somewhere safe at home. It avoids problems when a mobile number changes.

Record missing?

A missing record usually means the wrong scheme was chosen, the identifier does not match what was entered, or the application has not been entered online yet. Try each identifier. If nothing works, the office that took your application is the only place that can confirm it.

Incorrect information on your record

If your name, bank or other details are wrong, you cannot edit them through a guide website. Take proof of the correct details to the office handling your scheme and ask for a correction.

Verification issues

A record under verification may not show payments yet. Keep your documents ready in case the office asks for them again.

Safety precautions

Do not share screenshots of your record publicly. They show partial bank details and identifiers that fraudsters can misuse.
