This policy explains what information SamarthGuide collects, why, and your choices. We designed this site so you never need to give us sensitive personal information.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email and message, only when you choose to send one.
• Usage data: anonymised technical data such as pages visited, device type and approximate region, collected through analytics.

We never collect passwords, OTPs, Aadhaar numbers, bank account numbers or government login credentials. If you send them by mistake, we delete them.

Contact forms

Messages are used only to respond and to improve content. They are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted unless needed for an ongoing correction.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site function and, with consent where required, analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics or a similar service with IP anonymisation to understand which guides are useful.

Advertising

If we show ads in the future, they will be clearly labelled. Ad partners may use cookies to show relevant ads. We will update this policy and the consent banner before enabling ads.

Third-party services

We use web hosting, a content delivery network, Google Fonts and an email service for the contact form. Links to government websites take you to sites with their own privacy policies.

Data security

The site uses HTTPS, form spam protection and restricted admin access. No method is completely secure, which is another reason we avoid collecting sensitive data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any message you sent us. Requests are handled in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable.
