Our mission

Many pensioners and their families find government portals hard to follow, especially when layouts change. Our job is to make each step clear, point people to the official portal, and help them avoid fraud.

Independence from government authorities

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or funded by the Government of West Bengal, the Finance Department, the Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department, NIC or any government body. We use no government emblems or logos.

Editorial approach

• We start from primary official sources: the Samarth Portal, state department sites and myScheme.
• Where only independent sources describe something, we say so on the page.
• We do not publish payment dates, amounts or eligibility rules we cannot confirm.

Source verification and updates

Each important page shows when it was published, updated and reviewed. When the portal or a scheme changes, we update the existing page rather than creating a new one. See the full editorial policy.
